On the information you have provided, you are able to post jobs and send out Job Alerts to candidates in your chosen industry/sector.   You will be able to receive candidates direct to your account on our web site platform.  Applications will all be stored on your account where you can screen and shortlist in using our category flagging system and reply templates are available for you to use.

Depending on the package you have chosen, you will either receive candidates direct to your inbox and stored on your online account or you can provide a company email address to FINTEC recruit where screening and shortlisting will be undertaking for you.  You will always be able to view all applications regardless of the package chosen.  Package Options

Candidates interested in your vacancy/ies will only be able to see your company name and details once they register and apply for the vacancy.  Your company details will not be made public until application stage.
