By implementing our job posting guidelines, we aim to offer a simple and clear job seeking process for candidates by giving employers appropriate regulations to follow when posting their jobs through FINTEC recruit.

Following FINTEC recruit Job Posting Guidelines is mandatory and failure to do so will result in the removal of pertinent jobs.

What are our requirements?

All jobs posted to FINTEC recruit must:

  • Meet our Quality Job Posting Standards.
  • Be legitimate vacancies.
  • Be non-predatory or exploitative.
  1. Our Quality Job Posting Standards

We require that your job post adheres to the following:

  • Job titles and descriptions must contain correct information.
  • Descriptions must be detailed and coherent and pertain to the job title.
  • Job posts must offer explicit instructions on how to apply.
  • Job vacancies must not be misleading or falsely advertised.
  • Jobs must not contain content that can be considered clickbait.
  • Job postings must be non-discriminatory.
  1. Legitimate Job Vacancies

We do not allow job postings that include content such as:

  • Unpaid internships or any unpaid role.
  • Franchising opportunities.
  • Multi-level marketing positions.
  • Business opportunity positions.
  • Employment solicitation for the purposes of luring jobseekers from competitors.
  • Expired jobs.
  • Ill-defined employment vacancies.
  • Any content that can be defined as spam.

 

  1. Non-predatory and Non-exploitative Content

FINTEC recruit do not accept job posts which include sign up fees, costs attributed to training or similar.

Predatory and exploitative content includes:

  • Requests for personal information from jobseekers that is not justified outside of usual postings practices.
  • Illicit, offensive, defamatory, or vulgar content.
  • Content that can be defined as phishing or scam activity.
  • Any content that violates applicable laws.
